With Active Involvement of “Death Battalion”, Southern Resistance of Al-Dhala’a Liberates Zila – Meris

Southern resistance forces of Al-Dhala’a, packed with “Death Battalion” of Al-Musaimeer – Lahj, expelled Al-Houthi militias off several posts and hills under their control with early hours of Wednesday July 24th, 2019. Al-Houthis suffered massive losses and withdrew leaving their stations for the southern resistance heroes.
Confrontations that lasted for several hours cleared off Zila, the last area under control of Al-Houthis in Meris – Al-Dhala’a. Al-Houthis retreated to their previous posts in northern governorates.
Sources indicated that Al-Houthis suffered major loses with a large number of militants either killed or captured. Citizens of the area welcomed this victory as it liberated them from the tyranny of Al-Houthi militias who practiced all kinds of violations against them.
