The Human Rights Department of the Transitional Council local leadership in Dhalea, held Houthi Militia the responsibility for targeting children and civilians with a ballistic missile on Sunday in Dhalea.
Lawyer Ali Mahmoud Al-Azrqi, head of the Transitional Council Human Rights Department in Dhalea, said: it was not the first time that Houthi militias launched various types of weapons targeting civilians, in which more than 30 Katyosha and ballistic missiles have been launched since May 2019, the victims of these Houthi crimes reached more than 150 martyrs and wounded children and women, and more other than 40 martyrs and wounded people victims of the mines laid by them as they fled from the border areas of the north and west of Dhalea …
Al-Azrqi said that this crime is considered genocide crime due to targeting populated areas, as the victims were all children and civilians.
Al-Azrqi called on human rights and international organizations to carry their responsibility in holding those militias accountable for using excessive force against civilians and firing internationally prohibited missiles at cities.
