Explosions target military police at Shehin crossing in #Al-Mahra
Terrorist elements launched at dawn on Saturday, two missiles at the site of the Military Police at the border at Shehin crossing in Al-Mahra governorate.
The rockets exploded a hundred meters away from the military police location stationed in the customs area at Shehin crossing in Al-Mahra.
Sources from the operations said that the two missiles caused two explosions between customs (the military police site) and Tarseem 6 from the north direction of the valley, and that they were fired from a distance of one kilometer.
The sources pointed out, “After the military police crews assigned to investigate the accident, the missile launching site was found, and remains of two missiles were directed towards the customs military police site.”
The operations confirmed that the sabotage elements directed the missiles to the police site, and they misused to manage the launching of the missiles, which exploded 100 meters from the military police site.
The Military Police Command confirmed that the two explosions did not result any injuries among the Military Police.
It is worth noting that last month, Al-Mahra Military Police was assigned by President Hadi to secure the border Shehin crossing, which was under the hands of elements outside the law.
