Work of second phase of comprehensive cleaning campaign continues in the capital #Aden
Works continued on Sunday, for the second phase of the comprehensive cleaning campaign in the capital, Aden, that is implemented by the relief and humanitarian affairs committees of the Southern Transitional Council, in partnership with the Cleaning Fund and with the participation of the heads of local leaders of the Transitional Council in the targeted districts and in the presence of a number of general managers and traffic officers.
The teams participating in the second day of the second phase, completed the process of lifting the piles of dust and accumulated garbage, which caused the closure of roads and hindered the movement using bulldozers, dumpers and transport vehicles.
The second day of the campaign also included the process of cleaning the streets and back roads of the districts north of the capital Aden from dust and dirt that covered the city’s streets, as well as the process of spraying sterilizers after the cleaning process.
On the sidelines of the campaign, the relief committees in the local leadership carried out an awareness campaign about the dangers of the spread of the Corona virus, by distributing awareness posters to citizens, and guiding them to the best ways to prevent the virus.
