Siege, bullets and arrests… Shabwa revolution exposes the Brotherhood’s repression

The peaceful popular uprising organized by the people of all the districts of Shabwa governorate revealed on Wednesday, the extent of the repression practiced by the Brotherhood’s militia of the legitimacy against those who reject its presence, and who wish to improve the humanitarian, service and security conditions in the governorate.
The Brotherhood’s violations against citizens in most districts proved the validity of the accusations against these militias of deliberately terrorizing citizens, and of maintaining their authoritarian position by force of arms, without regard to popular demands for their departure and ridding the governorate of its terrorist organizations.
Within one day, the Brotherhood’s militia arrested 80 citizens participating in the peaceful activities rejecting them in the various districts of Shabwa, where Ataq accounted for about 50 citizens.
The leaders of the Southern Transitional Council in Shabwa topped the list of detainees from the Brotherhood’s militia, after the latter kidnapped Nasser Muqlem Al-Khulaifi, head of the local leadership of the council in Ataq district, and his deputy, Silan Hanash, before taking them to an unknown location.
The Brotherhood’s militia arrested the director of the media department of the Transitional Council in Baihan, Taha Hadir, and kidnapped the citizen Muntasir Khaled Al-Qa’ari in the Al-Mashahara area, and the head of the organizational department of the Transitional Council in the district.
It also arrested the head of the public administration of the Transitional Council in the district of Nisab, and his son Hamza and another named Naseem Badeeb.
The Central Security Forces of the Brotherhood’s militia kidnapped the young man Bashar Hanash Baras at Al-Saeed junction, and did the same with a number of passers-by near the scheduled events.
The Brotherhood militias carried out the orders of the so-called Muhammad bin Adyo and shot live bullets at peaceful demonstrators in the districts of Mayfa’a, Habban, Al-Saeed, Al-Rawda, Rodhoum, and Usaylan. These attacks caused the injury of many citizens in Baihan and several other districts.
These Brotherhood terrorist attacks were evidenced by videos circulated on social media and websites, documenting the extent of terrorist violations of the Brotherhood’s authority against peaceful demonstrators, with abuse and brutal assault on a citizens in Ataq for carrying the flag of the South.
Passing cars were not spared from the Brotherhood’s militia bullets, as they shot citizens’ cars in Al-Saeed Baqadir area of Mayfa’a district, without taking into account the citizens’ rights to move around and practice life activities.
The terrorist Brotherhood militias deployed their military vehicles in a number of Shabwa districts and their entrances, specifically in the middle of the Rodhoum district market, in addition to storming Arma event venue.
The terrorist elements of the militias closed the roads leading to the event, and refused the peaceful demonstrators to pass from all roads leading to Baqadir area.
Shabwa districts succeeded in finding alternatives to overcome the Brotherhood’s oppression by demonstrating in other locations that were identified, after the militias attempted to block all roads leading to the venues of the previously announced events.
The Brotherhood’s terrorist militias became exposed, after the peaceful demonstrations succeeded in destabilizing their terrorism, amid slogans calling for their expulsion from the governorate, the return of the Shabwani Elite Forces, and the reform of all administrative and service sectors that suffered from Brotherhood corruption.
