Department of Culture sponsors a cultural festival in Lahag

On Monday, 4^th September 2017, the Southern Transitional Council (Department of Culture) held a speech and songs festival at “Al-Shaheed Moawia” courtyard – Al-Houta – Lahag. Chairman of the department of culture Dr. Mona Ba Sharheel, attended the festival with several members of local authorities in Lahag and mass crowds of rejoicing citizens. The festival introduced youth talents from Lahag who performed several folk and Arab songs that stimulated the audiences’ joy. The Southern Transitional Council sponsors several events in celebration of Al-Adha Feast in Adan and other governorates including Lahag
