Deputy Secretary-General joins mourners for the late Major General Ali Qassem Talib

Mr. Fadl Mohammad Al-Jaadi, Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, advanced the funerals of the late Major General Ali Qassem Talib, representative of the Southern Transitional Council in the Russian Federation, former governor of Al-Dhalea governorate, who passed away on Wednesday, in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.
The body of the deceased arrived on Thursday, at Aden International Airport, where it was received by Mr. Fadl Al-Jaadi, Deputy Secretary-General, and Eng. Mohammad Al-Abadi, Deputy Head of the General Department for Foreign Affairs of the Transitional Council, and set off in a solemn procession from the capital, Aden, to the birthplace of the deceased, in Gol Samid area in Al-Dhalea governorate, where he was received at the entrance to the city by a crowd of citizens and social figures, sheikhs, dignitaries, military and security leaders, led by the head of the executive body of the local leadership of the Transitional Council in Al-Dhalea, Brigadier Abdullah Mahdi Saeed, and Mr. Abdullah Al-Jabri, Undersecretary for Education Affairs.
The family, relatives and fans of the late Talib cast their last farewells to the body of the deceased, before praying on him and burying his body.
Mr. Fadl Al-Jaadi offered his condolences to the family of the deceased, Talib, expressing deep sadness and sincere condolences to all members of the family of the deceased, with this great loss.
The Deputy Secretary-General prayed to the Almighty Allah to bless the deceased with his mercy and forgiveness, to dwell in vast gardens, and to inspire his family, relatives, companions and fans patience and solace.
