Major General Bin Brik meets Undersecretary of the General Authority for Rural Areas Water Projects

Major General Ahmed Saeed Bin Brik, Acting President of the Southern Transitional Council, Chairman of the National Assembly, on Wednesday, met with Eng. Ayman Zaid Al-Kaldi, Undersecretary of the General Authority for Rural Areas Water Projects.
In the meeting, Major General Bin Brik welcomed Al-Kaldi and his companions, in which he got briefed him on the authority’s work plan and the service projects it provides to the citizens and its cooperation with international organizations, as well as discussing and solving a number of problems that the authority suffers from and stand in the way of its work tasks and how to activate the authority’s important role in the capital, Aden, so that the citizens can benefit from these services.
Al-Kaldi pointed out that the authority, over the past few days, has worked to provide many of its services that are directly related to the citizens in all governorates of the South, and is striving to provide more of its services in the event that technical and logistical capabilities are provided.
Al-Kaldi stated the efforts made to preserve the existing projects that are threatened to stop (water wells) at any moment in most of the southern regions and countryside, due to the frequent problems in fuel and generators and their high cost, as well as the lack of budgets for that, in addition to efforts being made to find alternative energy to operate them. .
For his part, Major General Ahmed Saeed praised the efforts made by the authority to continue providing its important services to citizens and to maintain its continuity, stressing that the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council is working to support all projects that would provide necessary services to the citizens who daily experience the bitterness of living with dignity in difficult conditions that the country is going through in all aspects, the most important of which is the economic aspect, assuring all those present that things will be satisfactory in the coming days.
The meeting was attended by Ali Mohammed Al-Bakri, Head of the Services Committee of the National Assembly.
