President Al-Zubaidi offers condolences on demise of journalist Najib Mohammed Yabli

The President of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, sent a cable of condolences and sympathy on the demise of the noble veteran journalist, Najib Mohammed Ahmed Yabli, head of the Media Committee in the National Assembly of the Southern Transitional Council, member of the National Southern Media Authority, who died on Tuesday due to an illness.

In his telegram, President Al-Zubaidi expressed his great sadness and sympathy with this great loss, to the family of the deceased, his colleagues, companions and his fans, and to the journalistic community in the capital, Aden, and the South in general, praising the prominent roles played by the late Yabali in his long struggle, in which he, may Allah have mercy on him, was an exceptional model for the solid journalist who was at the forefront of the southern revolutionary action with the launch of the peaceful movement, and played a prominent role in resisting the occupier with his free pen, which ignited the spirit of revolution among the masses of people through his press articles that were at the forefront of the pages of Al-Ayyam newspaper and a number of other media outlets.

President Al-Zubaidi stressed that with the departure of the free speech knight, the revolutionary pen and the great historian, Najib Yabli, the South lost a daring fighter, a pillar of the southern press, and a pioneer of southern thought and history.

At the conclusion of his telegram, President Al-Zubaidi, prayed to Almighty Allah, to bless the deceased with his vast mercy and satisfaction, to dwell his soul in vast heaven, and to inspire his family and relatives and all his fans patience and solace.
