The Presidential Leadership Council renews its support for the efforts of the United Nations to bring peace

The Presidential Leadership Council, on Saturday, demanded removing the siege imposed on the city of Taiz and all other cities by the Iranian-backed Houthi militia.
In its meeting, chaired by Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, and with the participation of President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Vice-President of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Presidential Leadership Council discussed a number of topics on his agenda.
The discussions of the meeting included political, military, security, economic and service files, as the meeting concluded with decisions on issues raised on the local scene.
The Presidential Leadership Council renewed its keenness on the armistice and its support for the efforts of the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations to Yemen, Hans Grundberg, in order to establish peace and end the suffering of the innocent people.
