The President of the Presidential Leadership Council condoles Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi on demise of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in which he expressed his condolences and through him to the brotherly Emirati people on the death of the President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The President of the Presidential Leadership Council said: “With hearts that believe in God’s decree and destiny, we received in the Presidential Leadership Council the news of the demise of the late His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, during whose reign the United Arab Emirates witnessed a development and civilized renaissance, and with his death the Arab and Islamic nation have lost one of its most prominent leaders who had great and honorable positions in defending the nation’s causes and its gains in all international forums.
The President added, “As we send to your Highness and the Emirati people our sincerest condolences and sympathy, we ask God to bless His Highness with the vastness of mercy and dwell in his soul in vast gardens and protect you and your dear country from all bad and harm, we belong to God and to Him we shall return.”
