The Southern Transitional Council, tonight, Wednesday, issued a press statement, through its official spokesman, in which it welcomed the appointment of Judge Qaher Mustafa as Public Prosecutor.
The press statement of the Southern Transitional Council was as follows:
We welcome the decision of the Presidential Leadership Council to appoint Judge Qaher Mustafa as Public Prosecutor, hoping that this decision will be a prelude to more decisions and steps aimed at reforming and activating the judicial institution and strengthening the independence of the judiciary.
