President Al-Zubaidi Emphasizes Improving Efficiency of Health Sector

The president Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, Deputy head of the Presidential Leadership Council, stressed the importance of improving efficiency of the health sector in the capital Aden, all governorates of the South and the liberated governorates, in a way that contributes to providing better health care for citizens.

The meeting of the president took place on Sunday, at his office in the capital Aden, with Dr. Ali Al-Walidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for the primary health care sector, where the president was briefed on the efforts made by the Ministry to provide health care to citizens, combat epidemic diseases, and implement immunization campaigns in the capital Aden, all governorates of the South and the liberated governorates.

For his part, Mr. Al-Walidi expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the president in supporting health sector, keenness and continuous follow-up to the conditions of this essential sector related to citizens’ life, as well as his incessant efforts to find a durable solution to the plight encounter the work of this sector.
