Training and Qualifying Center Launches Training Course in Modern Administrative Leadership

Training and Qualifying Center (TQC) in the Southern Transitional Council (STC), on Sunday, launched a training course for heads of departments of the General-secretariat of the STC and local leadership executive bodies in the governorates, in “Modern Administrative Leadership; Personality, Tasks, Skills and Assigning Roles”.

In the training course which was attended by Mr. Fadhl Mohammed Al-Gaadi, Deputy of the secretary general, Dr. Mona Basharaheel, member of Presidency of the STC, head of the Training and Qualifying Center, delivered a speech in which she conveyed greetings of the president Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the STC,

Dr. Bashraheel highlighted that the president Al-Zubaidi pays the utmost care and support to training and qualifying cadre of the STC, and all youth of the South; raising their level, developing skills, knowledge and performance at the practical level.

Bashraheel indicated that the TQC has a vision and future plans for qualitative training and qualifying that contribute to developing a required performance, wishing participants all success and gaining maximum benefit from information that will qualitatively be an addition to them.

On the first day of the course, Dr. Rania Khaled delivered a lecture in which she had acquainted the participants with the prominent qualities and skills connected with personality of a leader, moreover, a number of practical activities were conducted among the participants.

Noteworthy, this training course is continuing for five consecutive days, during which the participants will get lectures on skills of a successful leadership in the contemporary meaning by enrooting the management perceptions on leaders, providing them with modern Administrative methods and the applicable scope.
