With participation of President Al-Zubaidi – Presidential Council meets leadership of new judicial authority

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council and a number of council members, led by the Deputy President of the Presidential Council, President of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, held a first meeting with the leaders of the new judiciary.
During the meeting, the Presidential Leadership Council affirmed the council’s keenness to enhance the independence of the judiciary, maximize its role in achieving justice and the rule of law, and defend the constitutional order and national identity.
The Presidential Council also congratulated women on the presence of a woman at the top of the structure of the judiciary for the first time in the country’s history.
The Presidential Leadership Council praised the role of loyal men of justice in warding off sedition, lifting grievances, strengthening the people’s confidence in their constitutional institutions, and rallying around the project to restore the state, and its inherent right to monopolize power and authority.
The Presidential Council also drew attention to the importance of taking into account the exceptional circumstances in which the country is going through, not disrupting people’s interests, and urgently deciding on citizens’ civil, criminal, and commercial issues, and all that would mitigate the impact of this war that was ignited by the Imamate forces supported by the Iranian regime in its miserable quest to perpetuate discrimination, and the absolute rejection of the principle of equal citizenship among human beings, stressing the need to expedite the activation of the Judicial Inspection Authority and the departments of the Supreme Court, and the adoption of more effective and chronic work mechanisms, stressing the original role of the judiciary in constitutional reviews to extend this to reviewing decisions and activities Central and local authorities, and settling any disputes at this level between the different levels of government.
The President and members of the Presidential Leadership Council exchanged a discussion with the leaders of the judiciary, where they listened from them to a full explanation about the conditions of judges and judicial institutions and the requirements to enhance their presence in various governorates.
