Security meeting stresses advancement of Aden belt forces as current stage requires high combat and security readiness

Brigadier General Jalal Nasser Al-Rubaie, the Staff of the Security Belt Forces, Commander of Aden Belt forces, chaired a periodic meeting of sector leaders and directors of departments in the Security Belt Forces in the capital, Aden, at the headquarters of the Martyr Al-Shobaji camp in Khormaksar district.
During the meeting, Brigadier General Al-Rubaie stressed the need for everyone to work hard during the coming period, and for everyone to be at the level of responsibility entrusted to them as sector leaders and directors of departments to advance the Aden belt forces, as the stage requires high combat and security readiness.
Al-Rubaie said: “In conjunction with the southern victories being achieved today in Shabwa and Abyan against the forces of terrorism and criminality (Houthi – Brotherhoods), we are on the threshold of a new stage that requires us to increase effort and work to develop Aden Belt system as security leaders, and as part of the efforts of the political leadership represented by President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi. The Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed and Security Forces, which aims to consolidate the foundations of the rule of law and activate its institutions.
He added, “Our reality today, which is witnessing overwhelming victories for the South, requires us to bear a great responsibility that pushes us to avoid all difficulties for the sake of institutional structure, and we must tighten the principle of accountability and punishment in a way that achieves the general goal of stabilizing the security and stability of the capital, Aden.”
Brigadier General Al-Rubaie indicated that during the coming period, it is necessary to increase the pace of security work by sector leaders and improve the system of security checkpoints in a more effective manner and according to the available capabilities to ensure keeping pace with the plans developed and suit the needs of the current stage.
The meeting discussed a number of important topics included in its schedule, including reviewing the achievement reports submitted during the last period, and the periodic evaluation of the plans that were implemented during the first half of this year.
The meeting approved a number of important decisions that would raise the work of the security system of the Security Belt, and would take notes and proposals submitted by the leaders of the security sectors, and evaluate the implementation of what was approved in previous meetings.
