The Presidency of STC stands before suspicious military movements in Al-Mahra Governorate

The Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) held its periodic meeting on Saturday, headed by President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, the President of the council.
At the beginning of the meeting, which was attended by a number of council ministers in the government and head of the Political Bureau of the Revolutionary Movement Council Fadi Baoum, President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi welcomed the head of the Political Bureau of the Revolutionary Movement Council, who arrived in the capital, Aden last week, stressing the continuation of efforts aimed at strengthening the southern national alignment, and the principles of reconciliation and tolerance, and coordinating joint action with the various forces that believe in the right of the South to restore its state.
For his part, the head of the Political Bureau of the Revolutionary Movement Council expressed his thanks and gratitude to President Al-Zubaidi for his tireless efforts to unite the ranks, reunite and strengthen the southern social fabric.
In a separate context, the Presidency stood before the suspicious military movements of some of the forces that implement the agendas of the Brotherhood and Houthi militias in Al-Mahra governorate, most notably the mobilization of armed groups in some districts of the governorate and their attempt to settle them under the cover of displacement, and smuggling weapons to it to cause chaos and disturb the general tranquility of citizens, on that track, the Presidency renewed its refusal to assign any military or security tasks to elements from outside the governorate, stressing its support and assistance to enable the people of Al-Mahra to manage their governorate security and militarily.
In its meeting, the Presidency also stood before the latest developments of Operation “The Arrows of the East” , which was launched under the directives of President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, the President of the Transitional Council, Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, to purify Abyan governorate from terrorist elements, and the resulting security deployment carried out by the security forces in the governorate backed by the forces of Abyan axis over the past three days, praising the great success of the operation, the cooperation and the great efforts made by the leadership of the forces participating in the operation, led by Abyan security director, Colonel Abu Mishaal al-Kazmi, Colonel Abdul Qadir al-Jaari, and sheikhs and notables and social figures in the governorate.
The meeting touched on the latest developments in Shabwa governorate, where the Presidency praised the efforts to normalize life led by the governor of the governorate, Sheikh Awad bin Al-Wazir Al-Awlaki, in which it warned against the continuation of the mobilization process carried out by the Brotherhood militias rebelling against legitimacy in Arien camp adjacent to the Al-Uqla oil area.
