President Al-Zubaidi reviews workflow of the Military Negotiations Committee

President Aidaroos Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council “STC”, Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, met on Wednesday, the military committee concerned with the military aspect of the negotiations with the Houthi militia.
President Al-Zubaidi listened from the chairman and members of the committee to a detailed explanation of the committee’s work mechanisms in monitoring militia violations on all fronts, and its communication mechanism with the UN envoy’s office, and details of the meetings that the committee held in the Jordanian capital, Amman, in late May of last year, within the framework of the Military Coordination Committee meetings that were chaired by the military advisor to the UN envoy for de-escalation.
President Al-Zubaidi got also briefed on the level of readiness of the committee to carry out the military tasks entrusted to it in the next stage of negotiations aimed at reaching a permanent armistice and cease-fire, in preparation for a lasting peace process, in this regard, President Al-Zubaidi instructed the committee to prepare an action plan that keeps pace with the variables of the stage in order to enable it to carry out the tasks entrusted to it to the fullest.
The meeting was attended by Emad Mohamed, Director of the Office of the Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council.
