The Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Minister of State, governor of the capital, Aden, Mr. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, said that dialogue is a civilized and human value, and a manifestation of awareness, responsibility and human progress, to move forward in harmony, partnership and harmony in the present and the future.
