Southern forces purify Wadi al-Khayala in Abyan and kill a number of terrorists

Units of the Southern Armed Forces succeeded in dismantling mines and explosive devices in the mountains of Wadi Al-Khayala in Al-Mahfid district, in Abyan governorate, while pursuing the remnants of terrorist elements within Operation Arrows of the East.

Field sources confirmed the clearing of mine networks and explosive devices during a military operation to defeat terrorist strongholds in Wadi Al-Khayala, revealing that a number of Takfiris were killed in the attack.

The sources stressed the control of the southern forces over their hideouts in the mountains surrounding Wadi Al-Khayala, in light of the continued pursuit operations towards Ahwar valleys.
