The southern forces causes heavy losses on terrorist elements in Al-Mahfed

The southern armed forces in Abyan governorate inflicted heavy losses on terrorist organizations on Saturday, as they responded to a treacherous terrorist attack in Wadi Al-Khayala in Al-Mahfed district.

An attempt by terrorist elements to attack a military site of the Southern Armed Forces in Wadi al-Khayala was thwarted, causing casualties among its ranks.

The southern forces continue to pursue members of terrorist organizations in the remote mountain ranges bordering the northern governorates, from which al-Qaeda terrorists hide out.
