The Institutional Development Authority holds its first periodic meeting

The Institutional Development Authority of the Southern Transitional Council, on Sunday, held its first periodic meeting, headed by Mr. Saeed Saadan, Head of the Authority.
At the outset of the meeting, Saadan welcomed the directors of the Authority departments, stressing the importance of the great responsibility that rests on them as a new Authority that came in accordance with the requirements of the comprehensive structure and to develop the activity and performance of all Transitional Council bodies and consolidate the foundations of institutional work.
The Head of the Authority stressed the need to work in a team spirit to implement tasks and plans and continuous follow-up with all the central bodies of the Transitional Council to improve performance for the better.
The meeting reviewed the plan of activity of the executive departments of the authority to be implemented during the coming period, its objectives and ways of applying it on the ground with the aim of developing the authority’s efforts, and discussed issues related to the organizational and administrative aspect and ways to improve the institutional work system in the Transitional Council.
