SMA NEWS – ADEN THE CAPITAL
Al-Omana newspaper learned from close sources that the circular issued by the President of the Presidential Leadership Council through the Presidency Office calling officials to return to Aden the capital to carry out their work duties was completely rejected.
The sources indicated that the officials in Riyadh and Cairo, Turkey, refused the circular and announced that they would not return to the capital, Aden, to carry out their work duties.
The sources confirmed that the head of the Presidential Leadership Council, Rashad al-Alimi, had received, during the past two days, phone calls from a large number of officials abroad, informing him of their refusal to return to Aden, and first they demand to pay them their salaries for “8” months and in foreign currency.
The sources indicated that most of the officials abroad are from the Islah party and receive salaries in US dollars, and they refused to return to Aden, which puts the head of the Presidential Leadership Council in a critical position that his directives were not implemented.
