Al-Bahsani Gets Briefed on Activities of the Assembly and Work Plans for the Current Year, 2024

Major General Faraj Salmeen Al-Bahsani, Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), met today, Tuesday, in Al-Mukalla, the downtown of Hadramaut Governorate, with Mr. Ali Abdullah Al-Kathiri, Chairman of the National Assembly of the STC.
The meeting discussed the workflow conducted during the past year and its new plans for the current year 2024, with the aim of promoting the legislative work in the STC by well-activating the role of the dedicated committees. Moreover, they touched on the results of Al-Bahsani’s meeting with members of the Assembly and the Council of the Advisors in Hadhramaut Governorate.
The meeting reviewed the developments in the southern arena and the efforts exerted by the leadership of the STC to unify the southern ranks and converge views among the various forces and political components, in addition to the tireless efforts to improve the level of public services for citizens in all the governorates of the South.
During the meeting, Mr. Al-Bahsani pointed out that the great entitlements are coming and that this stage requires an immense effort from the leadership of the STC and all its bodies in reuniting the South and coalescing people around a sound opinion, which is to support the cause of the people of the South and stay away from political squabbles.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Hisham Al-Jabri, Office Head of the Vice President of the STC.
