Al-Kathiri Gets Briefed on Plans and Priorities of Aden Net Company

Mr. Ali Abdullah Al-Kathiri, Chairman of the National Assembly of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), met on Tuesday with Eng. Mansour Al-Waleedi, Director General of the Aden Net Telecommunications and Internet Development and Improvement Project.
During the meeting, which was attended by Mr. Ahmed Al-Rabaizi, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Advisors of the STC, Mr. Al-Kathiri was briefed on the Aden Net achievements in infrastructure and technical equipment for 4G internet service in a wide range of liberated governorates. The project is being implemented according to the latest technical specifications and global technologies with high quality to meet the needs of citizens and various service sectors, with the support of official brothers in the UAE.
The Chairman of the Assembly also listened to a detailed explanation from Eng. Al-Waleedi about the company’s strategic plans and work priorities for the coming period, the efforts of the management to improve its competitive capacity, and its future aspirations to boost its service and address any technical problems or obstacles facing subscribers.
Mr. Al-Kathiri stressed that the telecommunications and internet sectors are of great importance in all areas and confirmed that the STC gives full support to the advancement of this important sector and enables Aden Net to strengthen its infrastructure with the latest communication and information systems and to provide a suitable environment for its work in the capital, Aden, and the rest of the liberated governorates.
