Al-Bahsani appreciates sacrifices of security personnel in Hadhramaut coast

Major General Faraj Salmeen Al-Bahsani, Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council and member of the Presidential Leadership Council, held an Iftar banquet for the security and police leadership in Hadhramaut coast, with the participation of the Undersecretary of Hadhramaut Governorate for Security and Defense Affairs, Brigadier General Saleh Hamdi.

Al-Bahsani praised the sacrifices made by the security and police men on Hadhramaut coast, their support of the army men in all military and security tasks, and the sacrifice of many martyrs in the battle to liberate Mukalla from the terrorist Al-Qaeda organization.

The meeting touched on developments in the security situation in the governorate, the security leadership’s efforts to maintain stability in all coastal districts, and the level of security services’ implementation of the security field plan for the holy month of Ramadan.

Al-Bahsani extended his congratulations on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan to all members of the security and police, especially those stationed in the field, noting that the security achievements achieved in Hadhramaut Governorate following the liberation of Mukalla from Al-Qaeda deserve appreciation and praise.

He urged raising levels of alertness and combat readiness, and keeping the morale of officers and soldiers high, especially in the holy month of Ramadan, directing the security leadership to evaluate the work of commanders and officers and honor those who excel and are disciplined in their duties.
