Al-Bahsani calls on the tribes of Hadhramaut to take an active role in reunification

Faraj Al-Bahsani, Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council and member of the Presidential Leadership Council, praised the role of the tribes of Hadramaut Governorate, by achieving social solidarity and preserving the cohesion of the Hadrami fabric.
He expressed his appreciation for the cooperation between the tribes and their solidarity with the political leadership to confront the political, security, economic and social challenges, stressing, during a breakfast banquet he held, in the city of Mukalla, for the Muqaddamah, sheikhs and positions of the western Hadhramaut coast directorates.
He stressed the need for tribal figures to have an effective role in reuniting and preserving the unity of Hadhramaut and the cohesion of its people.
He stressed the alignment of the Presidential Leadership Council, the government, and the leadership of the local authority in Hadhramaut to achieve economic and service reforms in the country.
He reviewed the latest developments in the general situation in the country, especially the economic situation that the country is going through as a result of the war conditions, which led to the deterioration of the value of the local currency against foreign currencies, and the worsening living conditions of the general public.
Al-Bahsani called for harnessing the resources in Hadhramaut and working to achieve self-sufficiency in basic foodstuffs, urging merchants in Hadhramaut Governorate to exploit the holy month in charitable works and to extend a helping hand and assistance to the neediest families in society.
