Brigadier General Al-Rubaie calls on Imams of Mosques to assume their responsibility in awareness of revenge dangers

The Staff of the Security Belt Forces, the Commander of the Joint Campaign to Yafa’, Brigadier General Jalal Al-Rubaie, called on Yafa’s Imams and preachers to assume their responsibility in raising awareness of the dangers of revenge.

This came during his meeting with the imams and preachers of the mosques of Al-Hadd District, Yafa’a of Lahj Governorate, in the presence of the head of the Executive Body of the Southern Transitional Council of Al-Hadd, and the Director-General of the District, and the Director of Security.

In the meeting, Al-Rubaie stressed the importance of the role of religious guidance assigned to preachers and imams of mosques, as it is a required role to educate people through lectures and sermons that focus on the importance of ending these temptations, warning of their consequences, and supporting efforts to establish security and safety, reviewing the latest developments in the joint security campaign and the successes that was achieved during the past few days, with the cooperation of the leaders, officials and people of Al-Hadd, with the joint security campaign to end the conflict in the district.

In turn, those present stressed the importance of the joint security campaign to end the fighting taking place in their region, expressing their thanks to President Al-Zubaidi and the Commander Abdul Rahman Al-Muharami for directing the launch of the joint security campaign and their keenness to put out the fires of strife and end the tribal conflict in the district.
