Completing 70% of the procedures for promoting martyrs and wounded in Aden

Upon the directives of the governor, Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, the Undersecretary of Aden for the affairs of the families of the martyrs and the wounded, Alawi Nasser Al-Nuba, met on Sunday, with a number of the families of the martyrs and the wounded in the capital, Aden.

The meeting came to study proposals to alleviate the suffering of the families of the martyrs and the wounded, in response to their concerns, and to conduct efforts to pursue their legitimate rights.

Al-Nuba revealed that 70% of the procedures required to promote the martyrs and wounded have been completed, and 80% of the administrative procedures. He also discussed the file of lands allocated to the families of martyrs in Aden, with 8 neighborhood units, and the medical insurance file that is being drafted.

The attendees discussed the issue of irregular payment of salaries, calling on the Chairman of the Presidential LeadershipCouncil to pay the salaries of the martyrs and the wounded without delay and ensure their regularity in fulfillment of their great sacrifices.

The meeting reviewed the directives issued during the last period to support the families of the martyrs and the wounded, amid promises to continue diligent work to follow up and implement all recommendations, stressing cooperation and coordination between all parties to ensure justice and fairness for the families of the martyrs and the wounded.
