Al-Awlaki meets a delegation from the (Basat and Noon) cultural platform and (Himyar) media platform

The head of the National Media Authority and the official spokesman for the Southern Transitional Council, Salem Thabet Al-Awlaki, met on Tuesday, in his office at the Authority’s headquarters in the capital, Aden, with a delegation from the (Basat and Noon) cultural platform and the (Himyar) media platform.
The meeting discussed a number of activities that the two platforms intend to implement for a number of southern literary and artistic elites during the coming weeks and the efforts of the two platforms that seek to highlight the civilized and cultural face of the southern governorates.
Al-Awlaki listened to a detailed explanation of the activity project for the visit of the management of the two platforms and a number of southern literary and artistic elites to Abyan, Shabwa, Hadhramaut and Al-Mahra to shed light on many of the civilized, touristic and cultural aspects of these governorates and the rest of the southern governorates in another phase.
Al-Awlaki stressed the Authority’s interest in these creative projects that highlight the cultural face, civilizational and tourism depth of our country and enhance the relationship between people, land and history in the south.
