President Al-Zubaidi Issues Degree to Form Committee to Resolve Tribal Feuds in Al-Had District, Yafe’a

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zoubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, issued a decree on Wednesday, No. 24 of the year 2024, the first article of which stipulates the formation of a committee to mediate and resolve ongoing conflicts among various tribes in Al-Had district, Yafe’a, from a number of sheikhs and social figures as follows:
Ali Mohammad Saleh Bibak Al-Bakri, Head of the Committee
Awad Ahmed Saleh Al-Omari, Rapporteur of the Committee
Ahmed Abdul-Rahman Omar Al-Sayyid, member of the Committee
Mohammad Mohammad Saleh Al-Isa’i, Member of the Committee
Saleh Zaid Al-Turki, member of the Committee
Dr. Saleh Ali Salem Al-Marfadi, member of the Committee
The second article of the decree specified the tasks and jurisdictions of the committee and that it should submit its reports and proposals to the higher leadership, provided that the security campaign in the district will continue its presence with the appropriate forces to maintain security and stability until the committee successfully concludes its mission.
The third article stipulates that all relevant authorities in Lahj Governorate and Yafe’a districts shall cooperate and facilitate the work of the committee and support its efforts to carry out its tasks in quelling the fire of tribal strife in Al-Had in a way that serves to enhance the security situation, societal stability, and cohesiveness of the border front.
The fourth article stipulates that it will be effective from the date of its issuance, and all parties concerned with this decree must take all relevant administrative measures.
