Discussions to activate the outcomes of the first Southern Consultative Meeting

Saleh Al-Fardi, Vice President of the Southern National Dialogue, stressed the importance of intensifying efforts to translate the principles and directives of the Southern National Charter into a tangible reality on the ground.
During the team’s meeting today, Tuesday, in the capital, Aden, with the heads of political departments in the executive bodies of the Southern Transitional Council in the southern governorates, he explained the need to strengthen national partnership and deepen southern consensus.
He said that the meeting comes as an affirmation of the commitment to activating the outcomes of the first Southern Consultative Meeting and implementing what is stated in the Southern National Charter.
The attendees reviewed the matrix of measures that will be taken to implement the provisions of the Charter, stressing the importance of starting from the directorates and governorates as the southern societal covenant.
