Training and Qualification Authority of STC concludes first training course in Diplomacy and International Relations Program

The Training and Qualification Authority of the Southern Transitional Council concluded, on Thursday, in the capital, Aden, the first training course within the training program “Diplomacy and International Relations”, for an elite group of cadres of the Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Authority and the Political Body of the Council.
Dr. Reem Luqman, Vice President of the Training and Qualification Authority, stressed at the conclusion of the course the importance of the course in building the capacities of diplomatic cadres and enabling them to understand the challenges facing their countries in the international arena.
Luqman praised the trainees’ interaction and keenness to benefit from the course and acquire experiences and skills, expressing her hope that the course would add what would benefit those who joined it.
The last day of the training course, which was implemented by the trainer Mona Haitham, witnessed a number of topics related to etiquette, etiquette in official and diplomatic work, and protocols for official visits and international conferences.
The training course included a number of practical applications that explained the relations between the South and neighboring countries, in addition to the diplomatic successes achieved by the South in a number of issues of interest to the region and the international community.
For their part, the participants expressed their thanks to the course organizers, noting that providing such courses and programs is an awareness of the importance of developing diplomatic awareness for the southern cadre, and at the end, certificates of appreciation were distributed to the participants and the course trainer.
