US airstrikes target Houthi sites in Amran Governorate

SMA NEWS – AMRAN
US and British Air fighters launched airstrikes on sites of the Iranian-backed terrorist Houthi militia north of Sana’a at dawn on Friday.
Media sources close to the Houthi militia said that US fighters carried out 5 raids on Harf Sufyan District in Amran Governorate.
The sources added that the US raids targeted strongholds and headquarters of the Houthi militia in Harf Sufyan District.
Informed sources confirmed that US and British fighters targeted fortifications and underground weapons storage facilities for the Houthis in Harf Sufyan for the fourth time in less than a week.
The intensification of US and British raids on Harf Sufyan in Amran during the past few days, which amounted to more than 20 raids to date, came after receiving intelligence information about the presence of an Iranian military base in the area.
Sources indicate the presence of fortified military facilities, containing modern Iranian missiles and drones that were sent and smuggled to the Houthi militias during the period following the fragile truce.
