General Secretariat of STC launches sixth phase to support female owners of small projects in the capital, Aden

The Women and Children Department in the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) launched, on Thursday, the sixth phase of the program to support female owners of small projects in the capital, Aden, under the patronage of President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council.
Ms. Yasmine Musaed Humaid, Head of the Women and Children Department, delivered a speech in which she welcomed the attendees, noting that the Southern Transitional Council, led by President Commander Al-Zubaidi, pays great attention to empowering southern women and restoring their pioneering role in society.
Yasmine Musaed explained that the goal of supporting these projects is to enhance the self-sufficiency of southern women and provide them with job opportunities to continue to excel and innovate despite the challenges and difficulties they face, noting that this stage was preceded by other stages through which a number of small projects were supported in a number of southern governorates.
The owners of small projects explained their beginnings and the challenges they faced until they achieved success. At the end of the event, the necessary work equipment was distributed to the attendees to continue their career path and achieve excellence and continuity in their projects.
