Al-Jaadi: Hadhramaut is an integral part of the South and will not stand out from the crowd, as some imagine.

SMA NEWS – ADEN THE CAPITAL
Fadl Al-Jaadi affirmed that Hadhramaut will remain an integral part of the greater southern homeland and will not be outside the southern project, as some believe. He emphasized that the people of Hadhramaut have embodied this sense of belonging in word and deed throughout various national stages and stances.

In a post on his Facebook, Al-Jaadi stated that Hadhramaut has affirmed its sacred allegiance to the South on more than one occasion, noting that the geography of the South, from “Hawf to Bab al-Mandab,” breathes with one lung and shares a common destiny, within a national southern liberation project capable of resolving the final battle.

Al-Jaadi’s statement came in response to statements made by Omar Habrish, head of the so-called Hadhramaut Tribal Alliance, who asserted in press statements that Hadhramaut seeks self-rule and will not accept being held hostage by the alliances and policies of the Yemeni government or the Southern Transitional Council.
