Security of Aden the Capital Launches Large-Scale Security Campaign Against Violating Vehicles

The Aden Capital Security Department launched a large-scale security campaign targeting violating vehicles in Mansoura District and other areas, including the Caltex Roundabout, 90th Street, Inma City, and Cairo. This step is part of a broader plan aimed at addressing unprecedented traffic congestion in various districts of the capital.

Brigadier General Abu Bakr Jabr, Deputy Director of Aden Security, during his inspection of the campaign’s progress, emphasized its continuation without interruption or exception until its objectives of eliminating traffic disruptions and banning violating vehicles and motorcycles are fully achieved. He indicated that this campaign will contribute to restoring Aden’s leading role in regulating traffic and demonstrating its status as a civilized city.

Brigadier General Jabr also praised the efforts of traffic officers in regulating traffic on the main streets, stressing the need for strict and responsible enforcement of the law and the activation of field rotations of traffic officers in crowded areas to facilitate movement.

The campaign was widely welcomed by citizens, who expressed the importance of continuing it to eliminate traffic violations, enforce security and order, and pursue vandals and those who tamper with the security and stability of the capital.
