Major General Bin Brik Meets with Judges, Lawyers, Academics, and Intellectuals in Mukalla

Major General Ahmed Saeed Bin Brik, Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council, met on Tuesday, in Mukalla, Hadhramaut Governorate, with a group of Hadrami judges, lawyers, academics, and intellectuals.

At the beginning of the meeting, which was attended by Mr. Ali Al-Kathiri, Chairman of the National Assembly of the Southern Transitional Council, Mr. Fadi Baoum, Member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, and Brigadier General Saeed Al-Mohammadi, Chairman of the Southern Transitional Council Executive Authority in Hadhramaut, Major General Ahmed Saeed Bin Brik conveyed the greetings of President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi to those present.

During the meeting, Major General Ahmed Bin Brik explained that the idea of ​​transforming the Hadhramaut Inclusive Conference into a political platform aims to prepare Hadhramaut to become a region within the federal state of the South, which the Southern Transitional Council and all southerners are demanding.

Major General Ahmed Bin Brik said, “The current problems in Hadhramaut have no fundamental causes, but their causes will be eliminated if Hadhramaut’s interests are placed first.” He emphasized the importance of rapprochement and maintaining the approach of unifying Hadhramaut’s voice, and supporting the Hadhrami Elite Forces as a safety valve for Hadhramaut and the south.

Major General Bin Brik emphasized that the only way to overcome the conspiracies against Hadhramaut is to focus on unifying the voice of the people of Hadhramaut, which will lead to stability and development, as well as thwart any plans targeting Hadhramaut.

Before the meeting concluded, a number of observations and questions were raised, before three individuals were assigned to collect the observations and proposed solutions, and then submit them for further development within the vision of unifying the voice of the people of Hadhramaut
