Aden Security Director Praises Role of Female Police and Urges New Recruits to Maintain Discipline and Security Vigilance

The Aden Security Director, Major General Mutahhar Al-Shuaibi, held a motivational meeting today with a number of new female police officers to review their administrative and security readiness and encourage them to perform security duties with high efficiency.
During the meeting, Major General Al-Shuaibi emphasized the important role played by female police officers in maintaining security and stability. He considered the female element one of the fundamental pillars of security work, calling on female police officers to demonstrate professional discipline, security acumen, and a high sense of fieldwork while performing their duties.
The Security Director emphasized the need to adhere to professional confidentiality and maintain the privacy of information and data related to the nature of security work, especially that related to citizens.
Major General Al-Shaibi praised the tangible efforts made by female police officers, alongside their male colleagues, in combating crime and contributing to reducing security breaches and negative behavior.
He also noted the significant improvement in security performance in the capital, Aden, which has become a source of appreciation thanks to the coordination and teamwork among various security units, despite the challenges and shortcomings facing the capital’s security administration.
The meeting was attended by Brigadier General Ali Thabet Al-Qabati, Director of Personnel Affairs at the Aden Security Department, and Brigadier General Dr. Abdul Salam Saleh, Advisor to the Director of Security.
