Under directives of Aden Security Director… Police of Cairo area arrests Most Dangerous Car Theft Network

In a remarkable security achievement for the police force in the capital, Aden, Police force of Cairo area was able to arrest an organized network specialized in car thefts from various governorates.
This operation followed close monitoring and diligent intelligence surveillance, which uncovered the threads of a dangerous network engaged in stealing and selling cars, and possibly using them for purposes that harm the nation’s security and stability.
After direct coordination with the Aden Security and communication with the Lahj Security, the Deputy Director of Cairo Police carried out a successful raid on one of the gang’s hideouts and arrested several of its members. A 2004 Hilux double-cab pickup truck was found in their possession, having been stolen from Taiz Governorate and bearing an official notice from the Ministry of Interior.
In continuation of the security campaign to arrest the rest of the gang, Cairo police reported that another 1994 Hilux was recovered from the Ahwar area of Abyan Governorate and is currently being held at police headquarters.
