The Southern Transitional Council (STC) Authority in Aden the capital, represented by the Education Department, the Public Administration, and the heads of STC local leaderships in the districts, along with the Governor of Aden, Mr. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, the directors-general of the districts, and representatives of the Education Office, on Sunday, participated in the launch of the new 2025-2026 academic year in various schools in the capital.
The launch included field visits to various schools in Aden to observe the progress of the first school day and the level of school discipline. This step aims to highlight the importance of education and support the stability of the educational process.
In the context of strengthening the spirit of national belonging and belonging, during the visits, southern flags and posters containing the lyrics of the southern national anthem were distributed to a number of schools in the capital, with the aim of instilling a southern national identity in the students’ minds.
