After a period of silence that filled the halls and classrooms of our schools following your strike, which was a just and legitimate cry for justice, today we eagerly await the sound of the bell ringing the doors of hope in schools once again, bringing joy and light back to our hearts—we, the parents—and the hearts of all our sons and daughters, the students.

We all know today that your bold decision to reopen schools is not merely an administrative step, nor is it merely the resumption of a routine, enforced schedule. Rather, it is a message of love, devotion, and giving that reflects your deep sense of responsibility toward your students and confirms that you are truly the support and help in building their bright future.

Therefore, we are with you, southern teachers and educators. We stand by your side, supporting your rights and legitimate demands. We will never abandon you, believing that teachers are the foundation of nation-building, and that their dignity and appreciation are the cornerstone of building an informed and educated generation that advances society and defends the dignity of the nation.

So, we trust in you and your abilities to overcome all these difficulties. We know with certainty that your love for your profession and your belief in its value and sanctity are the fuel that will pave the way toward achieving all your legitimate demands and rights.

Let your slogan today be sincerity and giving, coupled with patience and steadfastness. Remember that your students expect from you not only knowledge, but also compassion, a role model, and support and assistance to help them overcome this sensitive stage of their lives.
