Closer sources indicated that Al-Kulibi is bullying the embassy staff and delegates relying on his in-law relation with vice president Ali Mohsen Al-Ahmar as he previously threatened the financial official to kill him on the background of claims of financial corruption by ambassador Ali Al-Omrany and the financial official.
