Creating Leaderships in a Training Program Held by Department of Women of the Southern Transitional Council.

[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Aden – Exclusive [/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″] For three days from August 7th to August 9th, 2018, Department of Women of the southern transitional council is holding training program titled “Creation of Leaderships”. The aims to improve leadership skills of southern women. Topics included are: leadership skills – decision no. 1325 – administrative planning – political discourse analysis. Forty trainees representing Aden, Hadhramaut, Lahj, Abian and Shabwa are participating in the program.
Nour Fadl, chairwoman of department of women indicated that this program represents the pursuit of the southern transitional council towards restoring the southern state. she also indicated that the department will participate strongly in establishing the bases of objective administrative work through holding workshops and training programs for women to get them involved in decision-making process. She added that the first stage included forty trainees from five governorates (Aden, Hadhramaut, Lahj, Abian and Shabwa) and the second stage will include Al-Mehra and Socotra. Fadl thanked secretary general and deputy secretary general of the council for their unlimited support and facilitations to hold such programs.
