Abian: Sector of Women and Children of the Southern Transitional Council in Ba Gedar – Zanzibar, Declared
[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Zanzibar – Exclusive [/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″] Ba Gedar – Zanzibar hosted the establishment meeting to declare and form the sector of Women and children in Ba Gedar with attendance of “Mariam Saleh Omar”, member of the Southern National Assembly.
Wegdan Masek, chairwoman of the women and children department of the council in Abian delivered a speech asserting the importance of declaring sectors of women and children in all directorates. She also asserted the positive role of women in struggle beside men and their distinct role in raising generations.
Seven members were chosen as members of the leading commission of Ba Gedar. Gihan Haidara, member of Abian Commission, Mona Al-Lahji and Saida Al-Haif, members of the directorate commission attended the meeting.
