Message from the Southern Community in California to Ahmed Awad Ben Mubarak, Yemeni Delegate to United Nations

Issued by the Southern Community in California to Ahmed Awad Ben Mubarak, delegate of the occupation state to United Nations.
We received your request to negotiate with us as the Southern Community in California. Our response is that you are southern, so welcome to you, but for your official position we can not sit and talk with you for the following reasons:
First: You are the delegate of the occupation state that refused to recognize the rights of the southern people in freedom and independence after the failure of your so-called union that ended by two unjust wars against the south that killed thousands of martyrs and left hundreds of thousands homeless and under poverty line.
Second: Your legitimacy lost its mind and instead of supporting the objectives of the Arab Coalition, it allocates all resources of its embassy, including southern employees who tend to support your failure union and want to bring us back to Yemen from which we liberated by a fierce war that caused us thousands of martyrs and injured, to attack those objectives.
Third: Your legitimacy falsified the will of the southern people during the so-called National Dialogue, as it still denies our people’s demands of freedom and independence while war enforces a completely different reality. You insisted on celebrating with northern citizens with the “Union’s Day” that ended for good.
Fourth: You never respected the bloods shed in the north or the south. You didn’t respect or consider the misery of millions of northern or southern citizens because of your war. You even celebrated with joy and dancing in a floating chalet in New York, the most expensive city in the world, while ignoring the bloodshed and pains of hundreds of thousands of homeless citizens and injured as if you don’t feel the pain of those poor southern citizens.
Fifth: Dear brother, if you have the sincere will to talk, then we are not the ones who you can talk to them. you would better go to the right direction and head to the Southern Transitional Council as the legitimate body to talk to and negotiate with southern political elites in Abu Dhabi today
