Abu Mazen: USA is No Longer a Reliable Partner in Peace Process, King Salman Asserted that Saudi Arabia Will Never Accept a Solution Not Recognizing East Jerusalem as a Palestinian Capital

[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Paris – Agencies [/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″] Mahmoud Abbas, Abu Mazen, president of the Palestinian Authority, indicated that Palestine no longer considers USA as a reliable partner in peace process after Trump’s late decision recognizing Jerusalem as capital of Israel. Abbas indicated that King Salman of Saudi Arabia asserted to him that Saudi Arabia will never accept a solution that doesn’t recognize East Jerusalem as a capital of the Stater of Palestine. On the other hand, Emanuel Macron, president of France, indicated that the only solution is the two-states solution and any decisions taken individually will collapse all peace efforts. Macron indicated that France is supporting Palestine and will increase this support during the upcoming few months. Abbas praised the French efforts in supporting the Palestinian cause and hopes that France will play a vital role in solving this cause in the near future.
