The United Nations allocates $20 million for relief operations in Yemen

The United Nations announced the allocation of $20 million in a step to support humanitarian response operations in Yemen, in response to a severe funding shortfall that led to the reduction of relief programs.

The World Food Program revealed, 3 weeks ago, its intention to reduce food aid to millions of people across the country, starting from the end of September, due to an acute funding crisis for its humanitarian operations.
