6 Civilians were Killed, injured in Hodeida by explosion war remnants

Two citizens were killed and four others were injured in al-Duraihimi district in Hodeida province last night as a result of the explosion of a landmine and remnants of war.

The Executive Center for Dealing with Mines said in a statement that two citizens, were killed as a result of a mine explosion left over in the village of Shajan al-Jhahba, al-Jahaba al-Olia area in Al-Duraihimi district, while four victims were killed in the Kilo-16 area after a remnant of war exploded.

The center noted that in the recent period the number of mine victims and war remnants has increased significantly, with a total of about 310 martyrs and wounded in 2022.
