Al-Shubhi Meets a Prominent Personnel in US Embassy in Yemen

[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Riyadh – Exclusive [/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″] [su_dropcap]A[/su_dropcap]del Al-Shubhi, member of foreign affaire department of the Southern Transitional Council, met Elizabeth Al-Khudairi, political advisor of US Embassy in Yemen, in Riyadh after she started her work on Monday January 28th, 2019. The meeting discussed recent developments in Yemen in general, and especially in the south, in addition to efforts of Martin Griffith, UN Envoy to Yemen, for making peace. The meeting asserted the importance of southern participation in any negotiations concerning political resolution of Yemeni crisis. The meeting also discussed anti-terrorism efforts that southern military forces play the leading role in and achieved major successes. Al-Shubhi demanded the international society to exert pressure over Yemeni parties to stop any provocative acts against the southern people from any political trend and to respect the southern will in self-determination.
